The program is open to all profiles. Whether you are a student, a full-time employee, job seeker, freelancer, entrepreneur, career changer, or even retired, the program welcomes anyone who is motivated and has a startup project.
Yes, but even a basic idea is enough. We will ask you to describe your project in the application form so we can understand your motivations, check if your project meets our selection criteria, and see the direction you want to give to your entrepreneurial journey.
However, no prior entrepreneurial experience is required to apply to Aventurine.
Of course. Université Évry Paris-Saclay is our long-standing partner, but our programs are open to everyone, whether you are a student at another institution, a recent graduate, an employee, a job seeker, or in career transition.
Yes, absolutely. The Aventurine program is designed to fit even the busiest agendas. Sessions are scheduled online in the evenings, from 6:45 PM to 8:45 PM.
Yes. Sessions are recorded, allowing you to catch up if you are absent. However, we place great importance on participant attendance and limit the number of allowed absences to ensure everyone’s engagement and progress.
Once applications close, we convene a selection committee composed of The Bench team, partners, and expert mentors.
The committee reviews all submitted applications and selects 12 participants based on how fully their projects meet our selection criteria: innovation, environmental or social commitment, economic viability, and responsible governance.
Oui. Après Aventurine, The Bench propose également un programme d’incubation (Amazonite), pour structurer et consolider votre projet, et un programme d’accélération (Emeraude), pour vous aider à « scaler ».
Ces parcours permettent de poursuivre votre développement entrepreneurial étape par étape.
No. Each program is independent. You are free to stop after the pre-incubation or apply to the next program. If you wish to join the incubation program (Amazonite), you will simply need to submit an application, which will be reviewed in the same way as any other candidate’s.
No. Our programs are not currently eligible for funding through the French Personal Training Account (CPF). However, we are working on it.
Yes. You can absolutely pay for the program through your company. An invoice will be provided.
Of course. The Bench Invest is our dedicated fundraising pillar. It connects entrepreneurs with a network of potential investors, including The Bench Angels, our business angel club.
The Bench may also invest on a minority basis in startups that match our investment thesis.
